Lt. Jeremy Nangle has been a member of Mechanicsburg Fire & EMS since September 2008. Lt. Nangle started out as a Jr. Firefighter with Mechanicsburg in Decemeber 2005. Lt. Nangle is the departments Explorer Post Advisor, and CEU Training Officer. Lt. Nangle was promoted to the rank of Lt. March 2011. Lt. Nangle is also a Part-Time Firefighter/EMT at Harrison Township Fire Department in Dayton, Ohio. Lt. Nangle is also in the Ohio Army National Guard, where he is a Cpl. with Bravo Battery 1-134th Field Artillery unit out of Piqua, Ohio. Lt. Nangle served in Afghanistan from 2011-2012 in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Lt. Nangle is a EMT-B, Level I Firefighter, Haz-Mat Technition, Haz-Mat Awareness Instructor, and a Auto Extrication Instructor.
