Assist Chief Mark Randall has been a member of Mechanicsburg Fire & EMS since January 2010. Assist. Chief Randall is incharge of day to day operations on the EMS, scheduling and pay roll for the department. Assist. Chief Randall was promoted to the rank of Assist. Chief in January 2010. Assist Chief Randall is also a Police Officer, EMT-B, and Haz-Mat Operations Certified.
